We Value

Character matters here with the Steeler Jags, from the players, coaches, parents, and board members. The expectations of integrity, words, and actions are high, no one is excluded. Because the Steeler Jags is Where Character Matters.

We Value

Character matters here with the Steeler Jags, from the players, coaches, parents, and board members. The expectations of integrity, words, and actions are high, no one is excluded. Because the Steeler Jags is Where Character Matters.

Words and actions carry over into every part of life, especially here with the Steeler Jags. Our families are a reflection of who we are as a whole organization. We hold everyone to high standards, especially in our interactions and competitions with the public. These standards take action and follow proper protocol to insure that they are followed by all members and representatives of the Steeler Jags Organization. Since we are the Official Feeder Program to Gregori High School, our expectations to provide a family oriented culture are even higher. We committed our organization to give Gregori High School; student athletes that excel not only on the field but off of it. By holding high standards in proper behavior, speech, actions, work ethic, and performance. Joseph A. Gregori could not have said it better,
“I never expect more of you than I do of myself... but I gotta tell ya... I expect a lot of myself.”
